We started the process back in August 2021 and got told if we signed up by the end of the month we can avoid the price rise. So done so and every step and deadline bold gave us we meet. Then we signed the HIA contact in the end of March and they have 120 days from that to start the build but Bold will intentionally drag things out so they go over the 120 days to pull off the special clause.

But when the actual tender they increased the price for standard inclusion for lesser SQM.
Now we are stuck with a $76000 price increase which can't afford and now fighting it. At the risk of losing everything we have had worked hard for. Wouldn't recommend building with Bold, long process and poor communication.
